Lubbock Mold Remediation is a free quote and referral service. We connect Lubbock-area homeowners with independent TDLR-licensed mold assessors and remediators for free, no-obligation quotes. We are not a mold assessment or remediation company, and the companies you hear from are independent businesses, not our employees or agents.
Information we collect
When you use our quote form, we collect what you choose to enter:
- Your name and phone number (required)
- Your email address and ZIP code (optional)
- The type of help you're looking for and any details you add about the problem
- The page of this site you sent the form from
If you call us, we may receive your phone number and any details you share on the call. Like most websites, our hosting and content delivery providers may automatically log basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure and working. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google may receive your IP address when a page loads.
How the form is processed
Our quote form is processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form service. When you press the submit button, your entries are sent to FormSubmit, which delivers them to us by email. FormSubmit handles that data under its own terms and privacy policy, so please review them as well. We don't store your form entries in a database on this website.
How we use and share your information
- To respond to you. We use your details to reply to your request, usually the same day.
- To connect you with independent companies. We share the details you submit with independent companies that serve your area, such as TDLR-licensed mold assessors and mold remediators, so they can contact you about your request and prepare quotes. Once they receive your information, each company handles it under its own privacy practices.
- To run the site. We may use technical data to fix problems, prevent spam and abuse, and understand how the site is used.
- When required by law. We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
By submitting the form, you agree that we and the companies we connect you with may contact you by phone, text or email about your request. You can ask a company to stop contacting you at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests only as long as we need them to respond, follow up on your request and keep basic business records, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you sent us. To make a privacy request, use our contact form, enter your name and phone number, and write "Privacy request" in the details box with what you'd like us to do. We will reply by phone or email. We can't delete information that independent companies already received, but we can tell you which companies we shared it with so you can contact them directly.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so please don't include sensitive information such as financial or medical details in the form.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging work on their homes. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
